By Lynn Lilly

I have always loved magical mythical creatures and my daughter has taken on the same love. Do your kids love unicorns, mermaids, fairies, and narwals? Create four matching works of art for their room or make their favorite one! We created these super cute designs and embellished them with sequins and buttons from Buttons Galore & More. Our friends at Buttons Galore put together an all in one kit so you don’t have to go out and get everything individually. Shop the kit HERE

Loving Every Second

by Erica Thompson

I love using cut files on my projects. Today I want to show you how you can back a cut file using sequins from Buttons Galore. One of my favorite mixes right now is the Mixed Berry Sequins Tins! The colors in this mix are a perfect match with the Happiness collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio. The cut file I will be using today is from Paige Evans. I started out by cutting the file out twice on some white cardstock. I cut one full heart and then the sectioned heart. I will back the sectioned heart with pattern papers and then add the sequins using Glue Dots Micro Dots to the full heart. I love to use the micro dots to add sequins to my paper projects.

Congratulations Shaker Card

by Erica Thompson

Erica here with you today to share a creative way to use 28 Lilac Lane Decorative Embellishment Bottles

For this card I pulled out some fun Jillibean Soup Shaker Shapes to create a shaker tag as the main focus of my card. I filled the shaker balloon piece with some of the Frosted Wings Decorative Embellishments and then sealed it up. These shaker shapes are so fun to fill with all kinds of embellishments and I love mixing it up with buttons, gems, sequins and beads. The Decorative Embellishment bottles are perfect for all your projects.

I stamped and die cut out my Congrats sentiment and popped it up with some foam adhesive for some dimension. I adhered the tag to the card base with a glue dot so the tag can be easily removed if the recipient would like to use it again for something. Here is a look at my completed card using the Frosted Wings Embellishment Bottle

You can check out my process video HERE on my YouTube channel. Thanks so much for stopping by today! I hope I inspired you to shake things up with the 28 Lilac Lane Decorative Embellishment Bottles!

DIY Unicorn Keepsake Box

By Lynn Lily – Craft Box Girls

Lily

Meet Lily. Lily has so many mementos and keepsakes and no where to keep them –  until now! After taking some time to search through Buttons Galore’s thousands of creative embellishments, Lily’s mom (DIY expert Lynn Lily) was inspired to create a unicorn keepsake box for Lily.

“I love this box because you can use an old gift box and it could also be used a jewelry box, bow box or gift box for a little girl!” said Lynn.  Check out the easy how-to video below. Supplies and instructions below the video!
